Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the center of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs, and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Millevaches Nature Park in our haven. The gîte is on the hosts' property, not overlooked, you have your peace and quiet, but if you need us we are not far away. Relaxation and calm assured. Lake Lavaud Gélade: fishing, swimming 10 minutes by car or 45 minutes on foot. Lake Vassivière 25 minutes by car. Short hikes from the cottage. 10 minutes from the first shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, tobacco, fuel)

Je vous accueille au rdc de ma maison située au coeur du quartier historique d'Aubusson. C'est un logement non-fumeur de 30m2 avec cuisine et salon. La cuisine équipée donne sur une petite cour privative. Le salon peut accueillir 3 personnes, avec un lit double en 140 et un lit simple, le wifi et la télévision. La salle de bain du rdc est privative au logement mais se situe en dehors de la pièce à vivre, seuls les w-c à l'entée de la maison sont en commun.

In Vallière, a charming village nestled between meadows and forests, our house opens its doors for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature. Surrounded by fields as far as the eye can see, it promises a soothing panorama of the region's typical green landscapes — the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the tranquility. The house is surrounded by hiking trails of 1 to 3 hours depending on the routes to be done on foot, by bicycle or on horseback!

I make my personal home available during my absences: a simple, warm place, with a large garden and everything you need for a relaxing or creative stay. The house is 15 minutes from Aubusson, 30 minutes from the lakes of Lavaud-Gelade and Vassivière, and is surrounded by trails for walking, running or dreaming.
