The vacation rental is located on the heights of Rumilly, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It is located between the 2 most beautiful lakes in France. Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Studio allowing 2 people accompanied by a child to stay, in a charming place reminiscent of mountain chalets. It offers a sunny balcony in the morning but also a large terrace for more space. The kitchen although simple offers the essentials, when in the bedroom it is spacious with its high ceiling, its exposed beams and its small living room or extra bed. When it is cool and during the winter a pellet stove offers its flames and mild heat.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.
