Bienvenue à toutes et à tous ! Ce lieu de vie, c'est bien plus qu'un simple appartement au pied des pistes pour nous. C'est notre petit coin de paradis où l'on se retrouve avec notre famille de voyageurs et avec nos amis depuis bientôt 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de vous y accueillir. C'est un petit coin de paradis pour être seul et pour retrouver ceux qu'on aime. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer les montagnes, les lacs, les rivières, et toute la magnifique nature environnante.

The highest ski resort in Maurienne, Valmeinier has something to delight snow sports enthusiasts of all kinds. Whether you are a fan of downhill skiing or snowboarding, the Galibier Thabor ski area and its 160 km of slopes between Valmeinier and Valloire will enchant you. Skiing in Valmeinier is also the guarantee of having an incredible panorama from the slopes. Once you have reached 2,000 meters in altitude, look up to admire the spectacular Aiguilles d'Arves in the distance.

Ideally located between the municipalities of Valloire and Valmeinier, the "Joli Lancine" is a beautiful and comfortable detached chalet in a small hamlet. Carefully renovated in 2022. Enjoy its south-facing terrace, very sunny. In winter, it has quick access to the slopes thanks to free shuttles, Galibier-Thabor ski area (160 km of slopes). In summer it is at the start of hikes, and will give you the opportunity to climb the Col du Télégraphe or the Col du Galibier.

Come and escape in our quiet apartment at the top of the legendary Montvernier hairpin bends. With family, as a couple or with friends, you are close to the ski resorts and in the heart of the "largest cycling area in the world". With your private garage you can store your winter sports equipment or your motorcycle, your bike. Located on the 2nd floor, facing east, its large 17 m2 terrace allows you to have breakfast and lunch in the sun. You also have access to the heated indoor pool area, sauna and hammam in the basement for an additional fee.

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.
