What an amazing and unique place to stay! Somehow when we reserved this, we did not have in our imagination that we would be staying in a beautiful piece of history that has been incorporated into modern life wonderfully. A fantastic surprise to look out the window at the campanile so close, or step into the next room into a roman cave beautifully appointed. And Anna Rita is gracious & warm. We knew without a doubt that if we needed anything she would want to help. I highly recommend this location for you to discover & experience Assisi!

The house overlooks a beautiful valley, overlooking the ruins and walls of Amelia. The swallows flash by the window...a wonderful view. The apartment is super clean and tastefully furnished. Marco was very kind and available to give us information about everything we could use. In Amelia we were treated very well and felt " pampered ". We also had a lot of useful information from the Municipality on how to make the most of our stay , including directions to the most beautiful sites to visit , both at a naturalistic and cultural level

We loved Assisi and when we come (and we hope to) we will stay in this exact place again! The view was stunning, the amenities were clean and inviting! The whole experience there made our stay in Assisi just perfect. Thank you for a beautiful stay! The complimentary coffee and pastry in the morning was the perfect way to start the day too!

Even if only for one night we had a good time, Andrea was very responsive in recommending places to visit and to eat and was very precise in the description of the house

Sergio’s place is really done to a high standard. The views are beautiful and in a great location to explore Umbria. Sergio is very warm and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

A cozy apartment in the center of Vignanello. There is free parking in front of the house. The apartment is in the basement, steep stairs, no elevator. Since the house was built in 1725, the interior is very beautiful: there is a niche for water, a fireplace, thick walls, narrow passages, and arches. Good renovation, lots of decorative items: violin, candles, guitar. There is a capsule coffee machine. Polite, responsive hosts were always in touch, quickly answered questions. The apartment is a little noisy in the morning, as there is a roadway right above it. Corso Garibaldi, 75 is a great place to get to know the Lazio region.

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

The hosts of Casa Lieta were very responsive and proactive. His wife checked us in, who was very kind at that time and also during subsequent communications. He helped us by giving us directions and they also provided us with breakfast cookies. The only flaw of the stay was some of the linen that perhaps needed to be rechecked after washing. That said, great experience, I would go back and recommend it to everyone!

We felt very good in the house. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. The terrace is just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

We had a wonderful vacation in Anna`s beautiful place. The house was beautiful, clean and homely. Garden was beautiful and private and swimmingpoolarea was excellent. We enjoyed the peaceful environment so much. The view from the hill was amazing. We made several trips to different beautiful toscanian villages and visited also prehistorical museum in Cetona and archeological park in Belverde. In Piazze there is a supermarket Coop, bakery, wine shop and wonderful restaurant. In the restaurant the food was excellent and owners (husband is italian and wife is from Belgium) are very friendly. We had nice talks with them. Anna was so nice, helpful and warm person. We recommend warmly this place for everyone!

Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

We had a really good time, immersed in an oasis of peace. Sara was super kind and affable, with her wonderful daughter they treated us very well, giving us advice on how to get around to visit Assisi and the villages we had planned. His accommodation is comfortable, new and very clean. An experience to be repeated

Delightful host and perfect home for a retreat away from the city. Tidy, clean and characteristic. They even brought us croissants for breakfast!

If we could give six stars we would. we were on a flyby visist after visisting some friends near by. location was perfect for what we needed. The house was full equipment with everything our little family of 3 needed but also equipped with extra like breakfast ceral, biscuits, water (natural and mineral). The host really went above and beyond to ensure there guest had a wonderful stay. Extremely impressed.

The apartment is right in the centre of town. It doesn’t matter whether you turn left or right out of the building - you’ll be deep into the historic centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants!! The terrace is an absolute joy - awesome views of the surrounds and a great sunshine trap. Perfect for coffee in the morning as you catchup on emails, and even better in the evening with a glass of wine to watch the sunset.

Is wonderful location out of the busy centre. Be prepared to walk up a lot of hills and stairs to explore the city after you get off the elevators or take a taxi up and walk down!

Perfect stay in the heart of Terni! The apartment is complete with everything you need, with a well-equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable rooms, and air conditioning that made the stay even more pleasant. The location is truly ideal: in the heart of the city, perfect for getting around comfortably on foot and discovering the city. Thanks to the host, always available and super kind! He welcomed us with great attention and gave us lots of useful tips on restaurants, bars and places not to be missed. Great experience, absolutely satisfied!
