The Admiral's House Top Loft

Located in Recreo, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Viña del Mar and minutes from Valparaíso, our house recovers part of the history of the city. The main construction is from 1921 and was carried out by the father of urbanism in Chile, D. Luis Enrique Muñoz Maluschka. Its principal owner for much of the century and in which the name was inspired, was the Vice Admiral of the Chilean Navy, D. Víctor Oelckers. We restored the property in 2010 and it's our regular dwelling.
