Holiday rentals with beach access in Valparaíso Province

Alex’ s place was a perfect 😍! 2 beds/2 bath for a birthday 🎁 friend trip. Flexible check-in. Safe building and friendly people in the building. Like the other reviews no shade in the main room which was only an issue for us at high sun. The master bedroom also has a large sliding door so not sound insulated. This is on a lower floor of the building facing the street and water. Very loud at night. I will have to say for us the views during the day were worth the noise. If you have mobility issues there are only a few stairs, but you need to access two elevators before reaching his place. Water pressure was perfect. Grocery store for immediate needs less than 5 minute walk. I would stay here again.

I had an excellent experience in this apartment. From the first moment, communication with the host was quick and clear, which made me feel very welcome. The place was spotless, as shown in the photos, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay: equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, good WiFi connection, and details that make a difference, such as coffee, clean towels, and toiletries.

Excellent apartment for 4 people (2 queen beds) is a butterfly style apartment. Large terrace and views on the first line. Very well located in the Cochoa sector (entrance from above) and very close to restaurants, very well located. Well-equipped kitchen for long stays. Recommended. Heating for the winter needs to be improved, but they are working on it. A good place to go back. Thank you very much for everything

Excellent place, very well located, meters from the Valparaíso metro train and the Caleta Portales. Very easy access and also close to tourist areas of interest. The host Don Raúl was very concerned at all times, answering any questions that might have been asked. The apartment is very well equipped and has internet and a modem to watch cable, as well as everything you need to eat in the house. Totally recommended and would definitely come back.

The apartment was in good condition, the views were the best, the main bed was very comfortable, although it is not suitable for smokers, there was a smell of tobacco that was noticeable in the apartment, it did not seem like a single guest who did not comply with the policies

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

The house is beautiful. Excellent views, impeccable gardens and pool. Complete semi-covered barbecue with gas grill. Area to light a campfire outside that we enjoy with the children. The 5 super complete agitations and with private bath. The host is very friendly, always willing to help with questions about the use of the house and things to do in the area. We had an amazing family weekend. Highly recommended.

The apartment has an unbeatable view, very comfortable. If I had to give any recommendation, I would say that the TV was not very good and that to leave the apartment clean it is necessary to have utensils for it. But in general everything was very good. Highly recommended.

This is the third time we've stayed at Pedro's apartment and as always 10 out of 10. Excellent location, very quiet area, with the supermarket very close and the apartment has everything you need to have a pleasant stay.

Positive: 2 minutes on the well-lit main road to the bus stop, where many buses stop, all of which go to the city center or directly to the Neruda Museum (highly recommended line 612: you can get to places you don't see otherwise). This made us feel safe even in the evening. View from the 26th floor of the harbor, downtown, has 3 lifts, so you didn't have to wait long. Negative: Surroundings for walking (beach, restaurants, nearest mini markets or bakeries) not particularly recommended.
