Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Valparaíso

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

Flawless stay! The location is phenomenal and precisely as advertised. It's wonderfully quiet, yet just a short walk to excellent coffee shops. The place was pristine, and the stunning mountain views from the rooftop were unforgettable – perfect for an evening drink. With top-notch amenities and secure parking, it's incredible value. Great spot in Providencia. Close to all shops, walkable distance from sky costanera and really close to the subway system. Comfy and nicely equipped.

For a first trip to Santiago, Felipe's place was just perfect. It feels like home very quickly. It is very well located next to metro line1. Small shops 50 m away. The caretakers present 24/24 are all adorable and caring. Finally, Mrs. Tegua who came to do the cleaning is absolutely charming and with all confidence. I add that Felipe is very available and very responsive. In short, for a first in Chile, it's a success. Thanks again Felipe!

The place is wonderful, it was super clean and tidy. Nice decor and great location. Leticia gave us clear directions and was always willing to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely come back!

The apartment was in good condition, the views were the best, the main bed was very comfortable, although it is not suitable for smokers, there was a smell of tobacco that was noticeable in the apartment, it did not seem like a single guest who did not comply with the policies

Truly a wonderful place. Ideal for disconnecting and resting. There is a part of the road that is not good, but everything else is impeccable. Both Segio (host) and Denisse, who was the one who welcomed us, were very kind. The house is comfortable, spacious, well-equipped and very nice. Totally recommended.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Excellent place, second time that the family stays here, has everything , even implements for cleaning, I recommend their house, they will enjoy them for sure. We had a filtration issue that was reported to Macarena but nothing to ruin the weekend.

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

The stay was amazing. The house is really VERY well equipped, nothing else was needed. The beautiful house, with a quincho and a pool out of the ordinary. The house I think is better than what appears in the photos. Jaime was always attentive and open to any questions. Super central to everything.

The house is beautiful. Excellent views, impeccable gardens and pool. Complete semi-covered barbecue with gas grill. Area to light a campfire outside that we enjoy with the children. The 5 super complete agitations and with private bath. The host is very friendly, always willing to help with questions about the use of the house and things to do in the area. We had an amazing family weekend. Highly recommended.

A family home, with everything you need to spend a few quiet days, close to everything, with indoor parking for 3 cars. The house has a wonderful fireplace that we use every day, the house is super cozy. In addition, two stoves to heat the bedroom area. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is good. In general, it meets all expectations and more. Garden and terraces, with a good grill, tables, chairs and sunshade. Silvia is always attentive to anything we need. We'll be back again!!

Everything working, almost everything like new, and the hosts were very attentive. The location is great, especially if you’re working or have paperwork to do in the city center.

The apartment is very well equipped, in good maintenance condition and very impeccable, the location is central, no annoying noises were heard in the place and the elevator is expeditious, the concierges are very attentive and provide a feeling of security.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Yesmina was very attentive and kind from the time of booking until we said goodbye. The apartment is a good size and has comfortable beds. It's spacious and comfortable, an excellent discovery. I would definitely come back!
