Monthly Rentals in Valpiana

The agritourism is off the main road on a fantastic property with great views of the countryside and is very quiet, except for the evening croaking concert of the frogs ;) The apartment is very nicely decorated, we felt very comfortable. Sometimes we didn't want to leave this peaceful place. Riccardo provided us with restaurant and excursion tips. We enjoyed spending an evening or two in Massa Marittima. The sea was also not far away. We thank Riccardo and the whole family for the hospitality, we will gladly come back.

The apartment is in Massa Maritima, a very picturesque village. The location is right in the heart of the village. There are very good restaurants nearby.

We spent two weeks in the summer at Monica's great apartment. It is in the village of Valpiana, a few minutes drive from Massa Marittima and perfectly located to explore the Maremma. Valpiana is a small village with everything you need: baker, butcher, two restaurants, pharmacy, a bar, an ice cream parlor, and a small supermarket. Not bad for a village with less than 500 inhabitants:-). Another place nearby is Follonica, the nearest larger cities are Siena and Grossetto. The apartment is located in an antique townhouse on the ground floor, and is very tastefully renovated and furnished. There is a large and very nice terrace. Everything was very clean and comfortably furnished with washing machine, fridge/freezer, hair dryer, espresso machine, cleaning supplies, etc. Monica and her family are super nice and helpful and can be reached at any time. We were very happy there and would be happy to come back!

Lovely accommodation near the seaside mass, ideal for children, with a beautiful garden, swings and wonderful surroundings. The house is comfortable, spacious and clean, equipped with everything you need. Lastly, not least kind, friendly and very helpful hosts. They gave us valuable information to make the most of our vacation. Highly recommended
