Pleasant stay in a functional apartment! Very good location, close to the beach. Everything is doable on foot by following the very well laid out waterfront. Very quiet environment, small courtyard suitable for eating outside. Very good telephone contact with Florence, who was very responsive in answering our questions.

2nd time I rented the apartment, and still just as happy. We are always well received, really great apartment, always impeccable, the little extra I love the ambient scent and the swan-shaped towels on the bed. The kindness of the hosts... ❤️

We had a very pleasant weekend in this beautiful apartment with sea views. Ideally located between the nearby beach and the center of Valras. Marie-Jo is very responsive and attentive. I would highly recommend it.

We was four with my kid and my dog. The host is very communicative. Very good instructions. Their apartment is very clean. Very close to the beach and wow that place it’s amazing. It is a very big beach very natural, not too many surroundings. You can easily play with the kids and the dog near to the seaside in total silence without a lot of people around.. Aamazing sunrises and amazing sunsets. I am highly recommended this place considering to its location and considering it’s very nice host.

This is such a cute place. I felt very comfortable and would stay here again. Not far from the beach or Beziers. We went to both while there. Valras-Plage is a super nice beach with lots of sand! Very helpful, responsive host!

Studio rented for 2 nights and chosen for its location, I was not disappointed. Ideally located, in the heart of a shopping street, many bars/restaurants/ice cream parlors in the immediate vicinity, beach within walking distance. The studio was very clean, well arranged. Favorite for the very clean and modern kitchenette. Small terrace very pleasant despite the view of the shopping street and I enjoyed the roller shutter that allows you to protect yourself from the opposite side and the heat. Communication with the hosts was perfect because you receive a first message as soon as the booking is made, then the day before your arrival all the instructions to collect the keys and access the accommodation are sent to you in a very detailed way. I would recommend it in a second.

Francine is super caring, attentive and the apartment is really nice, modern, 100 M from the beach and with free parking... Go for it, yes, no hesitation, yes ❤️

We spent an extended weekend in Danielle's apartment, who was very kind, pleasant and eager to facilitate our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, the rooms are air-conditioned and the large terrace is very pleasant. The parking space and the proximity of the Graezel beach are important assets. So we are delighted with our stay.

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. I had a wonderful time with Jessica and Ludovic. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and very clean. The highlight was the view and wind protection and of course the great pool. Although very centrally located, it was very quiet. Supermarket, restaurants and wine merchants are within a few minutes' walk. The beach is 5 minutes away. Jessica and Ludovic are very friendly and helpful. I can 100% recommend it. Thank you both very 😘 much. I really enjoyed being a guest with you.

We had a great stay in Gruissan! The view from the place was beautiful! Very clean, very functional, very pleasant to be able to access the pools of the residence! Everything was really perfect.

Very functional and clean apartment. Close to the sea, shops and restaurants. With an assigned parking space which is a real plus. Thomas is responsive and Peggy hosted us very warmly. We'll be happy to go back!
