Gîte La Suite N°1 – Maison Achard & Fils

The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

Restaurants, movie theaters, wine bars, bowling... Exact address: 5 Impasse Plan du Col and not cross. Maps doesn't know, taxes do...

For Provence lovers, for wine amateurs, nature and culture lovers, Lovely Apartment (40 m2) located in the heart of the Cru classified Cairanne vineyard . Perfect starting point of walks and excursions : Mont Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail, Provençal villages (Seguret, Rasteau…), Vaison-la-Romaine (15 mins along a nice little road through the wineyards) and Avignon ( 45 mins). Pleasant setting : view over the ancient village, new swimming pool (to be shared only with the owners)

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Independent studio in Valréas

You will appreciate the calm and tranquility of this accommodation not overlooked by truffle oaks and close to the vineyards. You will enjoy a private space furnished for your comfort with unlimited access to the pool (shared with your hosts). Valréas (Enclave des Papes) is rich in historical heritage and a classified vineyard in a setting suitable for hiking and cycling. It is close to tourist and cultural sites: Mont Ventoux, Vaison-la-Romaine, Nyons.

Two rooms with bedroom, living room, kitchen, private bathroom and separate entrance in a boutique hotel with cactus gardens. Upon arrival, the premises are clean, the bed is made (160 x 200 cm). You have 3 towels per person. Two cactus gardens are shared with guests. This furnished tourist accommodation is rated 3 stars by the OTC Pays de Grignan Tourist Office – Enclave des Papes. Quiet location, 2-minute walk to the center of the village.

Apartment with neat decoration - terrace - private parking - On the 1st floor of a 19th century townhouse, completely renovated. Living room, kitchen and shower room, two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and a crib. High chair as well as various baby supplies. Independent access. Garden view. A/C bedrooms and living room. Wifi. Linens and towels provided. In summer, minimum 6 days stays.

"Les Pierres Hautes" Lodge

The "Les Pierres Hautes" gîte is an independent accommodation adjoining our house: an old rehabilitated stone barn. The green environment is quiet: the property has a lavender field as well as more than 50 olive trees. An external staircase provides access to the cottage. For your comfort: Beds are made on arrival, we provide towels, as well as practical products such as salt, pepper, oil...

From the terrace you will enjoy the view of the village rooftops, the fields, the hills. You will enjoy the shade of the pergola, the calm of the village, the soothing view of the countryside.
