Access to the city center is 2 minutes' walk. 10 minutes by car from the winter resort of Lioran or ULM-oies. Situated near the Auvergne mountains (Puy Mary, Plomb du Cantal, GR departure) which allows many hikes for nature lovers. Or beautiful walks by motorcycles or bikes. Our cottage is located in the mountain hamlet of Les Boissines, located at 1150 m altitude and offers spectacular views of the Cantal mountains. Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.

We offer on the second floor of a mansion, a separate apartment comprising 2 bedrooms (with a bed 140 in one bedroom and 2 bunk beds in the other), a living room (with a sofa click-clac for 2 people) that can thus accommodate up to 6 people, a bathroom with bath, a kitchen. Parking space is available in front of the house. We can provide bed linen and towels for a surcharge of €5/person.

Our house is located in a small village called Valuéjols. This village is at the heart of the famous " Auvergne " volcano area, 20mns away from the ski station of " Le Lioran" where you can practice snowshoes / sledge pulled by husky dogs / ski during winter and mountain bike / tree climbing / hiking the rest of the year.
