Really had a great experience and the host was very helpful and responded immediately to all my messages. Check in process was easy. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for a long stay. It was clean and I really liked the decor with lots of books, work desk, and artwork. I felt very comfortable staying and working from here. The building is in a quiet area. There are grocery stores and a pharmacy outside. The people here are very friendly. Lots of nice families playing on the playground outside in the evening. There is a nice area with a lot of restaurants and shopping about 1-2km across the lake. There are also a few restaurants and a movie theater just a short walk down a scenic path.

Thanh is a nice host. The room is located in a beautiful park with many trees and convinient stores around, one super market in 1st floor. I like the Chicken Pho restaurant in 1st floor.

Trung gave his best to accommodate his guest. He takes care of his guests. Apartment is nice. Overall great place to stay, and the environment is nature, peace and during this season nice weather for me. Would recommend.

Recommendable! Duc Long is very responsive and he made sure that we will be checked in smoothly. We have a 6-week-old baby and Long made sure that the place is spotless. Big studio. Sparkling clean apartment. The view from great height is marvelous at night. All utensils, bathroom utility are available. There are small shops on first floor for water and snacks. The Swan Lake nearby is a great place for walking, sightseeing, and coffee. The check in is very easy. The host is very responsive to queries. The price is very reasonable for quality and experience.

We had booked this apartment for a weekend. There were two families with a total of four kids, and the apartment was perfect for us. It was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, especially for families with children. The rooms were bright and spotless clean, with plenty of natural light. A lovely balcony garden provided a great space for the kids to play.  The host was amazing. She was very responsive, super friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and activities around the area. Thanks to that, we had a truly enjoyable and relaxing weekend. We will definitely return to this host for future trips. Highly recommend!

Trangs place was less polluted than staying in Hanoi proper. Everything was conveniently located. Any issues I had, she was there to fix immediately. I have 0 complaints and nothing but thanks to her for her hospitality and attentiveness. Shes an amazing baker and has a bakery in Hanoi. Her treats are as delicious as her apartment is comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

It's a very nice room away from the tourist traffic. Host is excellent and terrific communicator. Highly recommended, especially for couples or small families. Rent it.

Stunning views from all the rooms in the apartment, located on the 31st floor. Lots of restaurants and beautiful places to see around. Super quiet and well designed, felt right at home. Duong was extremely helpful and friendly. She took care of everything i needed in a matter of minutes. would definitely come back.

The best accommodation we had in Hanoi.

The place is better than it looks in the photos. The landlord keeps her house clean and tidy. I found everything I need here, even more as she furnished her home like a hotel with full amenity and utilities! I even had a dish washer and candles! The location is convenient and in a quiet area with the long lake and park in front where I can run everyday. It's a new place and the services are being filled in but I have lots of choices for food, cafe, supermarkets, convenient stores... Gym is free and easy to access. Landlord is very easy to access and helpful. It's a very nice stay. Thank you

We really enjoyed Hien’s place. The surroundings are very serene and peaceful. And it’s walking distance to a lot of food choices. Hien responded fast and went above and beyond on our queries. We really appreciate all her help and support. Kudos to Hien!

Thoc’s place is truly a home. Beautiful, spacious, clean, peaceful, and fully equipped with everything I could ask for and then some. The outside surrounding area is absolutely amazing. You can go out for walks in the park surrounded by nature, see animals (rabbits and peacocks), play on a zipline, and try out new cafes! There are mini grocery shops downstairs which is very convenient. The Mori Onsen is definitely a must! Very beautifully designed saunas, hot pools, ice baths, with an amazing view! The gym is a huge plus. It’s spacious and has enough equipment to get the job done! Thoc is kind, helpful, and responsive. She did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall I had an amazing stay for one month and I would definitely come back again! Highly recommend!
