Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Văn Giang

The woman who helped us into the house was extremely good, nice and sweet! English was not the best, but translate always works! The place did not look nearly as good as in the pictures except for the roof terrace which was magically beautiful. However, the apartment needed a good hand, and the pictures are just a little too good for how it really looks. However, I would like to give 5 stars for the service they delivered. It was above all expectations. There was some renovation at the neighbor's, which created a risk of noise, which we did not want when we were at our last destination on a 4-week trip with 2 small children. It wasn't their fault and they handled it so nicely. They tried to find a solution, which just wasn't for us, so we made the reservation. We appreciate it very much. The only thing we can point out is that they have just a little too "nice" pictures than how the place really looks. But again 10/10 for the hosting.

Enthusiastic host, quick guest support

Really had a great experience and the host was very helpful and responded immediately to all my messages. Check in process was easy. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for a long stay. It was clean and I really liked the decor with lots of books, work desk, and artwork. I felt very comfortable staying and working from here. The building is in a quiet area. There are grocery stores and a pharmacy outside. The people here are very friendly. Lots of nice families playing on the playground outside in the evening. There is a nice area with a lot of restaurants and shopping about 1-2km across the lake. There are also a few restaurants and a movie theater just a short walk down a scenic path.

Fully furnished, plenty of supplies for daily needs. Hosts are responsive and willing to help.

I had an amazing stay at the studio on the 39th floor. The room was spotless, stylish, and offered stunning views from such a high vantage point. The location was perfect. The host was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely apartment, very cozy, beautiful, it was very nice to be in it every day. Everything is exactly as in the photos. Ecopark is super well maintained, green, beautiful, just huge, and I can't even imagine how much work has been put into it and keep investing every day. Nhung was very friendly, helpful with all questions, and in my opinion did even more than I should (in the most positive sense). We stayed there for a month and it was very sad to leave. We have been traveling for a year now, we have lived in 5 different countries, in different conditions, and at the moment this is the best place we have stayed in. I really hope to come back here again. Thank you very much to the hostess for the opportunity to live in such a wonderful place!)

Lien's place is an absolute dream. The Japanese theme was carried out so meticulously throughout the apartment's decor that it was an experience on its own. The place is way better than the pictures, with uninterrupted views and the balcony was decorated with beautiful plants. The apartment is spacious, open and bright. It is situated right across a beautiful Japanese garden with a serene Koi Pond. It is also close to commercial areas, which was very convenient. Lien and her family were very helpful and attentive through our entire stay. They were very friendly and always proactive. Highly highly recommend.

I really like this apartment. Stayed here for two weeks without any issues. The view from the balcony is amazing. The host was friendly and attentive. Very nice area with a lot of new coffee shops and places to eat. I also liked running at the park nearby. The park is huge

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Location was nice, felt safe in the neighborhood. Fits 7 comfortably with bathrooms on each floor. I would book it again!

Spacious rooms with microwave and fridge in the room. There is also a games cum laundry room. Conveniently located at Dong Xuan market surrounded by lots of eateries. The street is abit narrow but local drivers are friendly hence getting in is not a problem. The host are always responsive and help is just a text away. Checking in was seamless and everything was planned nicely from before our arrival at Hanoi right to the day we arrived. They really take care of us well.

Highly recommend this spot. The location is about as central as it gets, and the unit itself feels quite spacious and tucked away from the noise. It came with everything we needed, including Netflix, laundry, and filtered water. Tea and the team were very responsive, and had a great list of recommendations for the area. I’d definitely stay here again!

We rented that flat 1 month. The host is very friendly and helps where she can, and she responds so quickly. The flat was clean and cozy. The Ecopark area is so beautiful and green with a lot of shops and entertainment. There are no disturbing noises or loud neighbors. This apartment is highly recommended if you search a green and peaceful area.

i came back for the 2nd time for work and also left soon but still satisfied about everything as the first time. the host proactively contacted and supported. i liked their design taste, each time was a different good experience. hope they will continue to keep everything perfect when I come back. highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at Anh Tuan's home! It was spotless clean, very well located, spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Aside from his beautiful home, Anh Tuan was an exceptional host who was always extremely friendly and responsive! He even took us to an Onsen and showed us the city of Hanoi!! Really cant recommend his home and him as a host enough!! Thank you so much!!!

Quite & good sleep at night. Clean & efficient equipment. Responsive host. What more can you ask for for a short work stay? I also love the fact that the scent diffuser created a signature feeling when coming into the studio. Recommend to other guests!

The space was amazing, it made me feel exactly at home from the state. There was everything that I needed at the place. The host was very accommodating and super responsive. We even got a chance to stop by his pickleball courts to play as well. If you guys are into pickleball then Viet Anh is your go to guy! Overall I love the experience this place had provided for me. Will definitely be rebooking once I come back to Hanoi.
