The apartment is really beautiful and cozy. All necessary utilities are already prepared. The owner is friendly and helpful, she responded quickly and was understanding. The Japanese onsen is close, which is convenient because of the many nice stores around. From now on, I will book here every time when I visit Hanoi.

This was our second stay at one of Betty's places , Betty is extremely welcoming. ,proactive , helpful , caring kind and considerate. The apartment was much better than looked in the photos , super modern, clean ,private , there are amazing views of the lake across the road with so many activities for kids to do, the park is very beautiful and lovely to walk around at night, amazing restaurants in the area . I want to say a big big thank you to Betty and her brother David ,they are always responsible and easy to contact to resolve any enquiries you might have . We definitely will be back to stay at Betty's! 🙏🙏👍

We rented that flat 1 month. The host is very friendly and helps where she can, and she responds so quickly. The flat was clean and cozy. The Ecopark area is so beautiful and green with a lot of shops and entertainment. There are no disturbing noises or loud neighbors. This apartment is highly recommended if you search a green and peaceful area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Anh Tuan's home! It was spotless clean, very well located, spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Aside from his beautiful home, Anh Tuan was an exceptional host who was always extremely friendly and responsive! He even took us to an Onsen and showed us the city of Hanoi!! Really cant recommend his home and him as a host enough!! Thank you so much!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic experience. The apartment is quite spacious, featuring three well-appointed rooms, impeccably clean washrooms and stunning views from every window. Ms. Hang is incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. When we had trouble booking a cab to the airport, she personally helped us arrange a taxi, which was a huge relief during a stressful moment. Another unique aspect of this apartment is the opportunity for cultural immersion. It’s perfectly located in a neighborhood where you can easily interact with locals and experience the local culture firsthand.
