An update on this listing. The county is currently working on installing a new waterline on a neighboring road and storing their heavy equipment on the same road as this Airbnb so occasionally throughout the day, especially the morning and evening there are beeping noises from the workers setting up and Ending their day. No complaints so far, but I want everyone to be aware. It hasn’t scared the deer off.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Waxhaw, NC. The location was peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was exactly as advertised, clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was available, and the space felt very welcoming. The hosts were fantastic, responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. We truly appreciated the care they put into creating a comfortable experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!

We loved place. Great location IF one is planning to do much cooking the kitchen is very poorly stocked. The pans were burned, very few staples. We could not find more than 1 trash bag However we would surely come back but realize kitchen needs help Otherwise perfect for us

Waxhaw stay

Olga communicated quickly and was kind. The house is beatiful on the inside and my grandson loved the backyard! The location is great! However, I felt blindsided when we were given the code, as we were also given rules and fines that were not listed on Airbnb. You cannot wear shoes or there is a $3oo cleaning fee for any clay that you get on the floor. If your car leaves oil leaks it is a $700 fine ( took pictures of oil spots that were already there just to be safe), and just many other things. I was fine with it all but it was not part of the original contract. Thankfully we had new cars and stopped to buy socks because I do not walk around barefoot in a strange place. A place by the front door to put shoes would be wonderful.
