Such a great apartment. Brand new. Perfect in winter with underfloor heating. The kitchen has everything needed to cook if needed. A super helpful host.

The room was bigger than I thought and it was clean. The most pleasant surprise is that I can reach a large supermarket within a minute's by walk, and they accept international credit cards.

Incredible views and awesome location. We really enjoyed the balcony and it was a quick trip to the sevan peninsula and up to dilijan. Tigran was very quick with responses and offers paragliding adventures! We had a great time

We had a fantastic stay in Tumanyan! I was pleasantly surprised by how charming the city is, full of beautiful architecture and nestled in a very scenic setting. Our apartment was located right in the heart of town, in one of the most stunning buildings there. It was spotless and had a cool Soviet modernist vibe. The bedroom was filled with sunlight in the morning! The place was fully equipped for cooking and longer stays, which made it perfect for traveling with our 6-year-old. Our host, Norayr, was incredible. He took us on two unforgettable hikes: a 7km loop through the hills and a shorter one to the local gem - Kobayr Monastery. Both were magical experiences. Norayr and his team also run a cozy café, a co-working space, and a hostel with a shared kitchen. We also met with a warm community! We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the region, especially if you are looking for a place to stay while travelling around.

Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

May in Sevan is quite cool, it's good that there is a gas stove in the house. In general, I had a wonderful time in the countryside with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake. Will definitely be back!

Big new house. Three residential floors. Everywhere. Comfortable beds. Clean good linen. Comfortable kitchen with island. Good house for a large group

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.

I loved this house very much. I rented it and had the whole thing to myself which has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a kitchen. If the bathroom smells a bit at first then you just need to flush a few times and it seems to clear. It was fresh after that. There’s also a window which can be opened. The bed was comfortable and it was close enough to walk to the supermarket and it’s a pleasant walk without stray dogs lingering so you feel safe. Yaandx is also available and inexpensive. The location is the best as it faces the mountains. I spent the whole time just relaxing on the porch outside looking at the mountains. I will miss this house. The neighbors checked me in and I particularly like the older lady. Neither of the people spoke English but she was friendly and I felt welcome and safe having her next door because I know she would try to help me with anything despite the language barrier. It was peaceful and quiet and exactly what I wanted to experience.

We had a nice stay at this accomodation! The house is big, cozy, and freshly built, which made it feel both modern and comfortable. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. It was wonderfully warm during the winter, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently close to the center of Dilijan. Just keep in mind that the house is situated near the road. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. Tigran, the host, was fantastic! He was always available to help with anything we needed and made sure our stay was perfect.

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Although the apartment was a bit tricky to find as the google map location was inaccurate, the host’s communication was excellent and he helped us find it. The apartment is clean and lovely, just what we needed for our stay exploring Dilijan. There was a supermarket within walking distance and it was close to explore the beautiful national park of Dilijan. The apartment is located in a very quiet area . We always received a reply within minutes of writing a message. Highly recommended for visiting Dilijan, although you do need a car.
