Each seasons are diff. 3 acres, 2 buildings features 3 private suites w/ individual washrooms & individual entrances with multiple beds in each rooms. Large group kitchen w/ all your needs. Including games room w/ billiard, fooseball, darts & karaoke. This is separated from the suites. Oasis backyard w/ outdoor Sauna Outdoor games, fire pit, bbq. Outdoor loud noise until midnight to respect neighbors. However indoor noise no time limit. Thank you. Shared property but not guests space.

We will be on hand if our guests need directions to one of Sooke's brewpubs, hiking trails, how to find a secret beach or which local lake is prime for swimming.
