Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo langs het meer voor een frisse duik. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels.

In a beautiful site, in the middle of nature, overlooking the Loire plain on the southern borders of Morvan, come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful cottage accepting up to 6 people. At the edge of the forest, behind our house, you will have your reserved space with garden and outdoor dining area. Walks in the forest behind the property, swimming, hiking, visiting places rich in history. 12 km away, the dynamic village of Luzy offers farmers' market, shops, entertainment.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

In the Morvan Regional Natural Park, our house is located in a small village at the foot of Mont Beuvray. Peaceful, this cottage has been completely renovated. Ideal for relaxing with the family, you will find all the comforts you need indoors and outdoors. Its garden is perfect for meals or moments of rest, its main asset is the magnificent and unobstructed view. Pets are also allowed. You can park your vehicles in the parking lot and bikes in an outbuilding.

Our lovely house is comfortable and pleasant to live in. You will love relaxing in this quiet place, surrounded by countryside and nature, have a look at stars in the sky and breathe pur air. It will bring happiness to fans of forest, fishing, hunting, Bourgogne's gastronomy, architecture, History, racetrack, zoo and park. It is perfect for couples, lonely travellers, families with children and pets. A new pond has been created for nature and fishing lovelers.

It combines authenticity, charm and comfort in a green environment with guaranteed peace and quiet. With its large living room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located at the gates of the village and bordered by 2 hectares of meadows, it has a large 4000 m² garden with terrace and orchard.
