Experience authentic farm life in a charming, authentic "hallingstuga" (farmhouse). Here, you can grind coffee beans in an old mill and brew coffee over a wood-fired stove if you like. A refrigerator, a freezer, and a new bathroom are the latest additions. Hallingstugu is located on a working farm with cows, sheep, and free-range chickens. In the outdoor area, there is plenty of space for skiing and sledding. Popular nearby attractions include Nesfjellet Alpine Resort, golf, Nystølkroken Café, Langedrag Nature Park, and an extensive network of cross-country skiing trails. Everything is within a few kilometers by car.

You get the feeling of being "alone in the whole world" despite 7 minutes to Fagernes town. Mindfulness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is electricity and wood burning. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. "Vassendlia" - Tangevegen 230. Located in a sunny position, approx. 880 m above sea level with views of Helinvannet and Smådalsfjellet. Boat included. The plot is spacious and fenced, there is a site on the south and west side with table and bench. The cabin is accessible by car and you can drive all the way to the door. It is about 20 min. down to the village where you have all the amenities such as grocery store, gas station, ATM, etc. Winter parking approx. 5.5 km from the cabin. Snowmobile transport can be rented.
