Welcome to our fresh and modern apartment, perfect for those who want to experience the charm of the archipelago and want to be close to the water. The apartment, which is part of the family's house, contributes to a personal and genuine accommodation. On the property, there are goats and ponies to pet. Runmarö offers many experiences, for example, the well-known Stockholm Archipelago Trail crosses the island. A stone's throw from the property, there is a nice rock pool with a small beach. The island is well worth visiting after the summer, the fall is lovely!

Leave everyday life behind and step into another time – stay in a simple and charming cottage from the 1700s, beautifully located in the Stockholm archipelago with direct access to the sea. Here you live with nature right next door, on your own lake plot where you can take a morning swim or enjoy a cup of coffee on the small wooden deck by the water. On the island, there is a bakery, a grocery store and a restaurant. Note: The cottage is old and has a certain need for renovation. There are flaws and shortcomings and it is rented out in its existing condition!

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Enjoy this unique and peaceful accommodation with the sea at your feet, located on a small island very close to nature where you have the whole property to yourself. Paddle a sea kayak (included) to Bullerö, row to surrounding islands, run or walk on the trails, sauna in your own wood-fired sauna 5 meters from the sea and jump in from your own jetty, it is a nature experience at its best. In winter, you skate on the ice to the accommodation and swim in the water.

Nära till bageri och mataffär. 150 m från tomten finns en liten badstrand och brygga. Boendet Fullt modernt utrustat hus på ca 90 kvm. Bastu. Alla bekvämligheter som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Kök, 3 sovrum (en dubbelsäng, två singelsängar samt två extrasäng vid behov) , 2 badrum med WC, en dusch.
