Welcome to our little country house in the heart of our beautiful Haute-Savoie! This is a place to disconnect and relax, but if you wish, there are also plenty of wonderful places to discover and lots of activities for young and old! We are centrally located between Annecy, Aix-les-Bains, and Geneva! Lakes, mountains, cities, forests, and so much more... You will discover this lovely house, completely renovated in a "bohemian country" style, in a green area!

Located in a hamlet 10 minutes by car from access no. 11 of the A40 Annecy exit, I welcome you to my house, where you can enjoy a simple and independent stay. The apartment, spacious at 40 m², is located on the lower ground floor and has a private terrace. You will enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment, with a central location for exploring the 3 lakes in our region. Pets are welcome as long as they are respectful of those sharing the space (dogs and cats).

A unique space of 64 m2 plus terrace and garden: Including: A 20 m2 studio with kitchenette, comfortable and practical sofa bed, rapido type, overlooking a 12 m2 terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and its Romantic garden. On the lower level, the 45 m2 spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna and large round bed for your nights in the magic of a plant decor, special care has been given to the materials including 2 basins cut from blocks of Carrara marble.

You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
