In the Aveyron gorges, in the heart of the southwest countryside, nestles an old renovated barn. You are independent, in a fully equipped house overlooking the castle, the medieval village of Penne and the Aveyron River. In terms of activities, there is something for everyone: cultural visits (Toulouse, Albi classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO), sports activities (canoeing, hiking and mountain biking, climbing, swimming, etc.), participation in local festivities, and simply relaxation!

Vous apprécierez son grand jardin sans vis-à-vis, l'ombre de ses chênes, et la faune locale (oiseaux, écureuils...). Le calme de la nature vous ressourcera. Son parc, sa plage privée avec accès direct à la rivière proposent de nombreuses activités : baignade (niveau d'eau progressif), pêche, promenade en canoë (à votre disposition). Les chemins de randonnée à proximité immédiate vous offriront de jolies balades.

After renovating the castle of Candeze dating from 1480, located in one of the most beautiful villages in France, we rehabilitated the lower part of the castle, to make it an apartment of 100 m2 with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Calm,rest,freshness awaits you at the interior or ancient paving, stone vault,old doors, antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a large adjoining park.

Rated 4*, la Petite Maison de Rouyré is a charming, independent house of 90 m2, located in the middle of the hilly landscapes of the Gaillac vineyard. Located in the top of our cellar, where we vinify natural wines, in a group of buildings from the 12th to the 18th century, it is located in the heart of a particularly calm and peaceful hamlet. It is located in an isolated hamlet & perched on a hill, in the heart of the Aveyron gorges and a short walk from the Grésigne state forest.
