Monthly Rentals in Vape

This is my second time seeing this apartment. This was arranged same like before including electric kettle added on my request. This time it was pleasant n cozy, enjoyed the coffee with rain in the balcony.. Thank you so much for hosting us in your apartment Radhika.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Fantastic location! The apartment is in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions and public transportation. What a wonderful experience! Host was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at Modern home stay home. Every detail was perfect." APARTMENT IS MUCH MORE BETTER THEN PHOTO. The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely backyard.

Really lovely this cozy place. Ideal for one person. Superb privacy and access to terrace. Great for writing and doing creative work. Basic amenities are perfect. It was really nice of Amol to come fetch me at the station as the place is a bit hard to find at first. No shared walls which truly is a blessing in a place like Mumbai. Situated In a crowded locality, but once you’re here it’s your own private haven. Highly recommended! Returning for a longer stay!

Jacob is an excellent host. Was quick to respond to all my queries and provided help and advice very promptly. The Building complex has amazing security, would recommend especially to ladies travelling alone. Amenities such as gym, club house etc. are value for money. Only downside is that water supply is limited but there are large storage tanks installed in the apartment that fill up very quickly. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.
