This house for 7 to 8 people includes on the ground floor: an 8m x 3.5m swimming pool, a shower, a toilet, and a laundry room. On the second floor, a kitchen opens onto the living room. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with a plancha, a relaxation area, and a small courtyard with a ping-pong table.

Privileged location: As if on the beach, this 37 m2 two-room apartment (living room with 140 bed area, plus a bedroom with two single beds), 180° sea views from all rooms with terrace, on the first floor with elevator of a quiet residence 1.5 km from downtown Cabourg by the Marcel Proust promenade (bike path). Guests have access to the swimming pool (15 June-15 September) and tennis court of the residence, as well as a double garage in the basement.

Located on a dune, under the pines, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all the shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including sheets and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
