I had a great stay at Daviti's place. everything was exactly as advertised. I am a host as well and I can tell that Daviti is very detail oriented. the accomodation was spotless! highly recommended!

Je n’aurais pas assez de place pour remercie Maka, qu’elle hôte extraordinaire alors qu’on ne l’a pas rencontré, même à distance elle a su nous aider et grâce à elle nous avons rencontré une personne extraordinaire qui nous a attendu pour nous faire à manger. Ce chalet est extraordinaire à l’image de l’hôte, tout est bien pensé et magnifiquement fait. On aurait pu y rester la semaine sans problème. Tout est beau et d’une propreté irréprochable. Merci Maka de nous avoir accueilli 🙏🏻

الشقة جميلة و نظيفة و موجودة في مبنى جديد و جميع اثاث الشقة جديد و مطابقة للصور و مساحتها واسعه و بالإضافة البلكونه إطلالة على شارعين المنطقة هادئة ليلاً و حيوية فالنهار يوجد اكثر من سوبرماركت قريب من المبنى و المنطقة سكنية على شارع عام موقعها بالنسبة لي كان ممتاز قريب من مركز المدينة و قريب من المطار جميع ما يحتاجه المسافر موجود فالشقة " ملاحظة لكبار السن لا يوجد مصعد اما للشباب لا اعتقد ان الموضوع قد يؤثر على اختيارك للشقة .

My wife, our toddler, and I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Irina and Sergie made us feel completely at home—they are truly lovely people who welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. One of the highlights of our stay was Irina’s cooking. Every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. She even took the time to make sure our little one had something she enjoyed, which we really appreciated. The setting of the property is peaceful and serene, a perfect escape from the city. We loved the quiet atmosphere, which gave us a chance to slow down and really enjoy time together as a family. The house is equipped with all the necessary equipment.

The apartment is set in a peaceful location, surrounded by stunning views. It’s beautifully designed, spotless, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The small garden area beside the apartment, complete with a hammock and benches, offers a perfect spot to unwind and relax

Ожидания от дома соответствовали реальности. Есть холодильник, микроволновка, вся необходимая посуда. Кровать удобная, постель чистая. Вокруг красивая природа и открывается прекрасный вид на озеро. В доме было уютно и чисто. Хозяйка гостеприимная, отзывчивая и дружелюбная. Она всегда была готова помочь. Рядом находится дорога, поэтому если беспокоит шум от машин, то возьмите беруши. Могут беспокоить бездомные собаки, поэтому купите корм для животных и возьмите специальный ультразвуковой репеллер собак. Многие достопримечательности находятся близко. До пещер можно дойти пешком. Продукты можно купить в Никорцминде, там много магазинов с хорошим выбором товаров.

It was a wonderful stay, we enjoyed every second of it. It not only met our expectations but even exceeded them. The room was super cozy, and the environment around just magnificient. If you are fan of peace, quiet and calm I truly recommend choosing Davit. We had amazing breakfast, dinner and even a traditional wine degustation. I would come back to Sakartvelo just to stay in this airbnb. Thank you so much, Davit!

We spent 3 days at this house with friends, and honestly, it was amazing. 🥰 The place is beautiful: crazy views, fresh mountain air, and you can hear the river all the time. It was super clean and had everything we needed: fireplace, cards, backgammon, plus homemade cottage cheese, eggs, and sour cream (and that cottage cheese was seriously good). Even a blender for protein shakes 😅 One thing I really loved was the hot tub in the backyard. Sitting in warm water, watching the sunset with those views… honestly unforgettable. Beso was awesome. He helped us organize the trip, found the right people for stuff, handled all the arrangements, gave us tips on places and hiking trails, and was always there when we needed him. He even made sure the hot tub was heated every day!! We were really lucky to have him help us as it made exploring Racha way more comfortable. Big thanks to Beso! This place is definitely one I wanna come back. 10/10
