Lake house holiday rentals in Varel

Our stay at the vacation home was just perfect! The location is unbeatable – right by the lake, with beautiful views and full of beach atmosphere. We were able to start every morning with a jump into the water and end the day relaxing on the beach. The apartment itself was clean, cozy and superbly equipped. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating, we felt completely comfortable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

This place was so absolutely great and unique that we couldn't get out of the rapture. The cottage was well equipped, there was nothing missing and you felt at home. It was in a quiet location, with its own jetty which was really great. The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing in the middle of nature. We would love to come back and host is highly recommended. We have never been in such a beautiful accommodation.

Full equipped house with everything you need and more. Nice location, very quiet in winter probably more crowded in Summer with different walks or bicycle paths around. Milon has been always responsive for the few queries we had. nice spaces with 2 bedrooms with a double bed in one and 2 separate beds in the other room. we have had a very good stay and definitely to recommend.

We had a very nice stay in the beautiful holiday home. The boat trips directly from the house to the big sea were particularly beautiful. The house was very clean and you felt comfortable right away.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. We went to East Frisia for our wedding and Dagmar simply made our stay unforgettable. The house is beautiful, just like the surroundings. The facility is ultra-modern and there is more than you need for daily life. Her restaurant recommendations were amazing. It was a great time and we will definitely come back.

We enjoyed ourselves in Silas' house. Everything was super clean. The beds were wonderful, nothing was missing in the kitchen, a quiet environment with a nice spacious terrace. The bikes can be stored in the shed, which is also very nice. The Kiessee is within walking distance, and there is also a wonderful swimming pool within walking distance. Shops are easily accessible by bike or car. Hage is a nice town with restaurants and a nice ice cream parlour. You can enjoy cycling and walking in the area. Norddeich is a nice place to go. Lutetsburg Castle is also definitely worth a visit. Greetsiel, nice to stroll and eat a nice fish. all in all, we had a very nice holiday at Silas!

We spent an extended weekend with three people + dog in Ralf & Marina's cottage and felt very comfortable there. All rooms are spacious, cozy and equipped down to the last detail, so we didn't miss anything. We particularly enjoyed the wellness area with hot tub and sauna. The view of the countryside was wonderful and the completely fenced garden was a big plus for the dog. Beautiful walks can be started directly from the cottage. Supermarket, bakery and gas station we could reach in a few minutes by car. We say thanks for a great stay and fully recommend the cottage!

We arrived a little early, were greeted friendly and got some tips for things to do nearby. We wouldn't have imagined the charming property that big. The garden with trees and plants is very nicely landscaped and stocked with numerous historical exhibits. There are several seating areas that we liked to use thanks to the good weather. Surprised when entering the house first, too, was the expected size for an occupancy of 2-3 people. The joy of decorating is also reflected in the house. In addition, there was a welcome card and a welcome greeting on the dining table. You can't even list everything, we had booked an all-round feel-good accommodation. We had a great time in the cute cottage. We were there with a small baby and everything worked out well and was also child-friendly. The stairs were a bit narrow, but that's just the way it is in such houses and we still managed it well. I would especially like to praise the location. You are really in nature and can go paddling, take walks, explore Emden or go to the sea.

We booked the accommodation for a family weekend - we liked the quiet location with the feeling of being for us very much - as well as the large living-dining room with a view of the lake and the table tennis table (we used a lot) Communication with Boris went smoothly and any questions were answered promptly. The area is awesome - if you like peace and quiet. :-)

Great vacation home, which completely matched the pictures and the description! The facility was as good as new, well maintained and everything was tip top clean. In the bedrooms, there are thick curtains, which still let in a lot of light - for people who are used to sleeping in the dark, this takes some getting used to :-) A curtain on the window to the roof terrace as well as on the terrace door of the kitchen would be desirable. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired - even coffee, salt, sugar, etc. was already available. Clean, large bathroom with sauna and washing machine. Great location, quiet and directly behind the dike the sea - perfect for us! We felt right at home and will definitely be happy to come back!

Beautiful apartment right on the lake. Lovingly furnished, stylish and modernly equipped. There was simply nothing missing. Very clean and you felt at home. The beds were made, towels were provided, soap, dishwashing liquid, kitchen roll, toilet paper etc. and a sweet welcome gift for me and my four-legged friend. Communication was very warm. Absolutely recommended and I will definitely come back if I need an anchorage.

Great place to stay and perfect if you're traveling with baby. The garden and terrace are also great. Almost unfortunate that I was there in the winter. In particular, the newly renovated bathroom, the kitchen and the absolutely cozy living room are to be highlighted. The sea is within walking distance and it is wonderfully wonderful. I will definitely come back.

The house was as described, it was super clean and absolutely everything you need was available. Also great for people with walking difficulties, as everything is at ground level. The property is also completely fenced, so not even the dog can break out ;) Less than 5 minutes away were grocery stores and you could also go to the bakery every day. The North Sea coast with the Frisian islands can be reached within 20 minutes by car. Great connection, but also for cyclists. I can only say that it was an all-round successful stay!

The house was perfect for us! It is very nicely located and is excellently equipped. For a vacation with a small child and a dog, it was just the right thing. We fell in love and plan to come back.

We had a great family reunion there. The house was super clean and everything was thought of. We'll be back.

We had a nice stay with a good location near the lake. The only criticism is that the WiFi was unfortunately not the best.

We had a great weekend. In the best weather, we were able to find the possibilities outside, such as Table tennis in the garden and barbecue as well as enjoy the beautiful nature around the house. Kevin and Hannah are very friendly and helpful.

Beautifully decorated house in great location! The house has everything you need and is very nicely decorated. The living space is spacious, the bathrooms a bit smaller but sufficient. Everything very clean and well organized. If you had any questions, the owner was always quick to reach and went out of her way to find quick solutions. Overall nice contact. We unfortunately had bad luck with the weather, in summer the house with the proximity to the beach and harbor is certainly ideal.

Great house and nice zone. The landlord is easily accessible and has always helped us. We are very satisfied and would like to come back sometime.
