Es erwartet dich eine Infrarot-Sauna, zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit Zugang zum großen Balkon), große Südterrasse, lichtdurchfluteter Wohnbereich mit Kamin & offener Küche, eigener kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Abstellmöglichkeit von Fahrrädern (verschließbarer), Insektenschutz & Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten, separat steuerbare Fußbodenheizung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können hinzugebucht oder selbst mitgebracht werden!

Small, idyllically located half-timbered house in the countryside on a park-like property. Cozy living room with open kitchen and small separate bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor. Sleeping area (large double bed) on the upper floor with slopes can be reached via small stairs. Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Within walking distance are supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.
