Staying in a quiet green place very close to places of interest. Using car in just 8 minutes the MOURTIA beach, in 3 min the tavern Kriton, the Samos city center in 8 min, the monasteries of Agia Zoni and Zoodochos Pigi in 3 and 10 min respectively. Gagou beach 15 min, Kerveli beach 20 min, nearby is picturesque Poseidonion also. Mykali beach and Psili Ammos are about 20 min also. The touristic Pythagoreion in 20 min and scenic Kokkari in 20 min as well. Famous Livadaki beach also in 20" by car.

Blue Garden 2

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Κοντά στο διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε ό,τι θέλετε να φάτε, να πιείτε και να ψωνίσετε. Ο τοπικός σταθμός λεωφορείων απέχει 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια και ο σταθμός των ταξί 4 λεπτά .

We are always near to you when you need help or have questions!

Μόνο 5 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο και μόλις 25 λεπτα με τα πόδια απτό κέντρο της πόλης μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την ησυχία της φύσης και τον ήχο των κυμάτων. Επίσης απέχει 15 λεπτα με τα πόδια απο την παραλία Γάγγου περνώντας απο ένα μονοπάτι μέσα στην φύση. Δειτε το ομορφότερο ηλιοβασίλεμα κάθε απόγευμα από το μπαλκόνι σας! It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood with a magical panoramic view of Vathy bay. At the same time, it is just five minutes foot walk away from the down town, where you can do your shopping and enjoy your walk on the beautiful coastal road with various restaurants, café and bars.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. It is ideal for one or two individuals

In complete harmony with nature and within walking distance of the sea and the fine sandy beach, a space was created in earthy shades and natural tones with handmade creations from olive wood! Overlooking the green and blue of the sea in the area of Mykali on a terrace where the sunrise and sunset accompany your day, you can also enjoy the jacuzzi service and create special memories!
