A house dated 1970 that has been fully renovated and decorated with 70s inspired comfort. A wide-angled view over medieval village roofs, church, pog and castle, all inside the frame of a forested cirque. Not overlooked. A wide surround of vivid drystone terraces and gardens where flowers and birds co-exist: a garden where you can take time in a hammoch, on a vintage sunbed or around one of several tables. The market town is a five minute walk away with its markets, shops, bars and restaurants.

Originally a part of a 350 year old farmhouse that has been transformed into a spacious and stylish studio. Where you will find a small but fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a huge bathroom with a multi-jet shower, two basins, an enormous bath and a comfortable lounge area. Welcome to Sous Les Cloches. In the heart of Varen you'll find our beautiful little house. The house is only a 2 minutes walk to the river front where you can picnic, swim, sunbath and has great paddling for the children, also you'll find a great local restaurant The Moulin. The village has everything thing that you need on your door step, a local shop, a bar (closed temporarily), pizza take away, hair dresser, chemist, a post office, medical centre and an electric charging point.

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed from November through February. The price includes a 15.5% Airbnb service fee.
