Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Breathtaking view of the Cotentin marshes and the Douve valley, 8 minutes from Sainte-Mère-Église and 15 minutes from the sea. Beautiful enclosed plot of 2800 m2 planted with wooden terrace and large garden shed. The cottage includes a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom (double bed) on the ground floor. Upstairs, a large mezzanine with a sleeping area (double bed + single bed).

Our ground-floor apartment is close to Barneville-Carteret - sea plus forest. This apartment is entirely separate and a completely private space with its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is one king-size bed, or this can split into two single beds - please advise preferences. Sunny enclosed terrace. The apartment does adjoin the gite and our house next to it, so some minimal noise is possible between the internal walls of the properties.

Situé à la campagne dans un petit hameau calme .Ce logement est indépendant et mitoyen avec notre logement . , .Il y a un jardinet clos,engazonné et fleuri. Une terrasse en bois avec table,chaises,voile d'ombrage et transats. Nous acceptons uniquement 1 chien et de petite taille et pas chien de categorie( staff,rott etc...) Nous ne voulons aucune fête dans le logement, pas d'anniversaire, ni réveillon.
