Very Private and new apartment! Apartment was clean and tidy!

A very cozy place to stay! The property is neat and well maintained and matching our expectations. Karin was very helpful with our checkin needs and also helped with local recommendations that came in handy. She was also helpful with arranging a rental scooter which was very helpful for moving around. One thing that the property needs is an inverter backup. Due to the peak rush time we visited, there were quite a few power outages. So power backup would’ve helped. But overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

Safar was a wonderful host and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself was as described, clean and the kitchen is very good as we did lots of cooking. The outside area is great to relax and there is a roof for Yoga. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The area itself is peaceful and away from the hustle and business of the cliff. There is a really great shop nearby that has everything you’d likely need.

My mother and her friends had stayed for 3 days. The place is in good location and the owner was very helpful. The location is near helipad and near to beach. The rooms were very clean

One of the best places we've ever stayed! It truly felt like home – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. I stayed here with my husband and we loved every moment. The space was exceptionally clean, neat, and comfortable – there was absolutely nothing to complain about. A special mention to our host, Uthara, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She explained everything clearly and made sure we had a smooth and relaxing stay. We’re already looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Nice place for family

Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

The stay was perfect for relaxing. It had a cozy, homely vibe, everything was clean, and the host was responsive and helpful.

A neat cozy apartment in a quiet residential society. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, with the apartment staff. The hosts were always available to help with anything that we needed.

Worth for the money. A calm place! We had two rooms the tv in two rooms had same remote and one of the fan didn't work properly. And the flush was not working in the toilet... Apart from this everything was so nice and pleasant stay!!
