We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Lakeview. We were four people living in the house for four weeks and we absolutely loved it! The house is located in the jungle, surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. We loved waking up and going to sleep to nature and animal sounds, and the feeling of how remote yet close to everything it felt. You will need to have a scooter, car, or rickshaw to get around as the house is located a bit inland, yet still close to Kovalam beach and supermarkets (10 mins drive). The host and the people who took care of the house while we were there were absolutely amazing, helping us out with all our needs and making us feel at home. The house and the location are even more beautiful than in the pictures, everything was super clean and we especially loved the terrace on the top floor and the pool area outside. I can't recommend this place enough and we can't wait to go back!

This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

We stayed for 2 days and it was a special week for us as it was my son's first birthday. Nithin and his team exceeded our expectations and made it a memorable one. We really loved staying there. Do book Nithin's place if you are travelling to Kovalam.

Although the property is situated in a slightly rural area, the host went above and beyond by assisting with transportation to the parking area and even offering a more convenient alternative for easier access. If you want a moment of respite from the hustle and bustle of the busy world, this place is the perfect escape for you. The place could've done with a bit of trimming of the plants in order to allow a better view of the lagoon and a washroom at a closer vicinity to the camp. Else, this place is actually perfect.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Pinky’s Villa—it was everything we hoped for and more! The property is exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful interiors, spacious layout, and a peaceful location that made it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. We stayed for over a week with our full family of 8 people and enjoyed every moment. The villa had ample space for everyone to move around comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, making it easy to cook meals. All essential amenities were provided, including a water can, daily waste removal, fast Wi-Fi, and a working TV. The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even more special. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, with kind neighbors and a small convenience store just a short walk away. We genuinely enjoyed every bit of our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

Us group of friends stayed a night at the property for a get together and it was a wonderful stay. While the check-in was a bit delayed to some miscommunication, the caretaker Mr. Ranjith was quick to respond and has been of great assistance. The property is alongside road, has good parking space, neat and clean rooms, bathrooms and all basic amenities.

Very well maintained property surrounded by nature. We are a family of 6 with 2 senior citizens included and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Naveen is a great host and constantly checking up on us on the whereabouts and the stay.
