The house with all the amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with its own jetty, close to the bus to Stockholm. The house is suitable for four people. One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad 500 kr/dag under er vistelse men meddela detta vid bokningen Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark.

The Loft, detta vackra hus kommer du upp och får njuta av sol och en lugn miljö. Det finns en dubbelsäng 140 centimeter bred i nedre plan. Det finns även ett loft inne i huset med en 140 centimeter bred säng, plats för en person/ två personer att sova där. Stor tv med Cromecast och Apple tv. Bredband finns tillgängligt. Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Vi har ett fullt utrustat hem med en stor, solig altan. En kort promenad bort längs skogsstigar ligger två mysiga sjöar där du kan simma från maj till september. Ibland får vi besök av älgar och rådjur! Kom hem till oss för att varva ner och njuta av Stockholms skärgårds lugna puls. Vi har ett Bastu-tält placerat året om på altanen, njut!
