Specifikt utformat för att passa paret med aktiva intressen som önskar ett romantiskt retreat på tu man hand, endast ca 30 min från Stockholm. Det här är paradiset på riktigt! Låna SUP:en, vandra längs Värmdöleden eller gå till Strömma kanal och se båtarna passera förbi. Njut av makalös sjöutsikt från både spabad och tevesoffa och bli inte förvånad om ett rådjur passerar förbi. Eftersom värdparet själv ibland laddar batterierna här är köket fullutrustat och inredningen vald med största omsorg.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Centralt beläget boende mitt emellan värmdö centrum och grisslinge havsbad. Nyrenoverat hus i gammal stil fördelat på 60 kvadratmeter plus stort loft. Fullutrustat kök. Flera uteplatser i alla vädersträck, stor uppvärmd pool (juni-augusti)(och september beroende på väder), spabad-varmt året runt ,grill mm. Badrocksavstånd till värmdös största strand,med café , bageri, foodtruck, godis, glass mm . Eller gå ner till områdets egna lilla strand.
