Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Välkommen till vårt mysiga och fräscha hus. Nyrenoverade ytskikt 2024 i stor del av boendet. Nya sängar, madrasser, täcken, kuddar etc. Branäs skidanläggning 7km, Långberget längdskidor 12km, Trysil skidanläggning 90km, badhus 500m. Fiske, scooter, cykling, skridskor vandring. Husets ligger 20 meter från Klarälven, perfekt om ni vill fiska. Nere vid älven har vi en fin privat grillplats (endast för er hyresgäster). Ved att elda med ingår! Har ni tur får ni se älgarna, de är ofta på besök 🫎
