Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Hytta er 3D skannet, så er du i tvil på hvordan det ser ut, send melding så oversender vi link til Matterport skann. Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 400 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. Check-in/checkout Sundays and Thursdays during ski season Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1250 with rut deduction (Swedish personal number is required). Otherwise SEK 2500.

Great and newly renovated cabin right by Valfjället Alpincenter, 10 minutes from Charlottenberg. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, lots of seating and is otherwise well equipped for a great stay in Valfjallet Alpincenter. It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the ground itself, and with some good speed on the way back, you can almost slip all the way to the cabin. Valfjället is a cozy alpine center that is well suited for families with children. There are nice slopes, ski rental, etc. In summer, there is a swimming area, bike track, tuftepark, etc.

The cabin has 13+2 beds, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with sauna) and spacious kitchen/living room as well as a loft living room. Old summer cottage that has been moved to Långberget with an extension. The house has a high cozy factor close to nature and hiking trails. In winter it is very close to ski tracks and vallabod. There are most amenities you can wish for. There is no WiFi in the cottage but a good selection on the TV. Electric car charging is available at the hotel. You bring your own sheets and towels and consumables. You clean up after yourself and leave the cottage in the condition it was in when you arrived. Welcome

Ställ bilen o njut av fantastiska Branäs. Detta är stugan att umgås i. Vår-Sommar-Höst: Njut av cykling, fiske, bad i Klarälven , vandring o bärplockning i området. Restaurang o affär är öppen under högsäsong. Vinter: Ha tillgång till hela skidsystemet o allt vad de innebär. Ski in/out vld snö (annars 150 m till systemet) Den ligger i vacker miljö med utsikt över Branäsbergets västsida. Kund städar själv. Sängkläder kan hyras för 200 kr/p om man bokar i god tid innan. Our vacation home consists of 2 connected buildings that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Each building has a separate entrance as well as a shower with toilet and a kitchen. The buildings can also be booked individually for small families.
