You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Beautiful converted barn on lake fryken

Welcome to insta @Frykstaladan. It is located 50 meters from the south end of the fairytale snowy lake of Fryken. This unique home has its very own style that has emerged over the five years that we rebuilt the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bikes, kayaks and DRINKS (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor activities is good. Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cottage with luxury, bird chirping and lovely nature

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bedding. Lake view and boardwalk down to Bysjön, we have a small rowboat for guests. Loans of bicycles for lovely bike rides and loans of golf clubs, Finspång has 27 hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa )live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

After a gravel road up on a mountain in the heart of the fine forest you will find the tranquility of this gem with everything needed for a wonderful holiday. Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the nearby area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a ride on any snowmobile trail.

The Sculptured House is built with natural, recycled and local materials, in harmony with its surrounding nature. This calm retreat offers an inspirational experience for those who look for a stress-free environment. It has a cozy sleeping loft with nice views and you have your own dry toilet.
