Peace and quiet guaranteed in this authentic country house. Private outdoor spaces (courtyard and garden). Everything is designed to make the stay enjoyable and cozy. A living room with kitchen, an unheated veranda, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, the largest also has 2 single beds. Gite that may be suitable for family or friends stays. An umbrella bed can be loaned upon request. Attention: no child safety fence at the stairs.

Spacious, quiet & elegant, Villa Siam, has a large 50 m² living room with a beautiful ceiling height, skylights and large bay windows offering you a panoramic view of the sea wherever you are. But also a large terrace with a small south-facing garden and a large balcony overlooking the sea and the beach.

Fully renovated in 2024, this 90 sqm house proposes a high quality service on 2 floors and will accommodate up to 4 persons for an unforgettable stay. The house is a 15 min drive from the sea and 35 min drive for the D-Day beaches.

La Maison de Simone is close to the sea: two beaches within a 5-minute walk. It is located in a typical Cotentin hamlet. You will appreciate the house for its calm and its preserved environment. You can enjoy the seaside and the charm of Cotentin: walks on the beach and through the small paths. Few cars, little noise: the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the environment is very relaxing.

The indicated rate does not include the supply of bed linen or towels, the rental is 10€ per set with towels for the stay (to be specified at the time of reservation).
