Holiday rentals with a patio in Vas County

It was very nice, sophisticated, and well-decorated, and we had a great time. The beach is nearby and can be reached on foot.

Laszlo is an excellent host, and his accommodation was absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect—quiet and private, ensuring a relaxing stay. Lake Hévíz is just a 10–15 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

We thought the stay was fantastic. The space was ideal for us with the kids. The apartment is conveniently furnished, there was everything we needed (also for cooking), the air conditioning and the blackout shutters did a good job and there were even games ready to entertain us. Obviously clean and nicely tidy. It was very close to the aquapark / spa we came to Sarvar for, but also the supermarket and the town could be done on foot. Parking was possible privately at the apartment. And not unimportant: the wifi was reliable :-). Contact with the host was spotless, she was friendly and approachable, spoke excellent English. Definitely recommended. Ps: If we can give a tip: the playground in the courtyard seems to be in need of maintenance

My wife and I stayed at Nancy's place for two nights in June 2025. We absolutely loved our stay in Nancy's beautiful, modern, large and classy Apt. It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and perfectly located. The secure, underground parking was also appreciated, as was the washing machine. Most of all, we were delighted to be met upon arrival by Nancy, who was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would gladly stay here again!

Very clean, well organized apartment in a quiet location. We were able to occupy the apartment earlier than the official check-in, they were very flexible. The centrum was roughly a 6 minute walk.

This apartment has a great location in quiet street in city center and also close to the Balaton lake. Apartment was really clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Sandor and Nelli are really kind and responsive hosts. The only issue we had was with the parking on the street as the parking machines are very basic and only accepting coins (no bills and cards) and you can buy parking only for maximum 4 hours at once.

Everything as described. Great house, loving decor, clean, very friendly host, we were very satisfied. We were 5 people (3 children, 16, 10 and 8 years old), the premises were very sufficient. Thanks for everything!

Andras's apartment is a spotless beauty. This renewed typical Hungarian country side apartment is well renovated, re-designed, looks like a small gem! We spent here 1 night during our travel, but I can recommend even for longer stays this apartment. The shower is modern, the taps are ,,antic,, looking, the living room was remind you a for the cultural heritage of the local area....but! The sofa and the sleeping room bad is full new, rustic looking. All design elements of the room are modern. Spotless cleaning in the house!

it is a very clean and beautiful place. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. it's ideal for big group. we really enjoyed the house.

We had a great time with 2 dogs, 4 adults, nearby hiking, shopping and restaurants. The house is well-equipped and exactly as pictured. Hosts are flexible, proactive, and very helpful. We had a great time!

Everything in the listing is (or more cozy) than the photos. The neighborhood is beautiful,like a nice 1-km-long walk from the house. The accommodation is located between a highly recommended cafe and a moderately recommended restaurant(if you can come with the classic deep-fried/fried meats on the buffet, it's highly recommended). Just the perfect distance from everything. The house has a lot of old edition books everywhere, this was my special favorite. On the terrace, you can relax pleasantly in a green environment, and inside, it mixed with the modern equipment in a refreshing way for me. Internet addicts at risk but not missing either. Nearby, the Csillagrét is a cool green spot with a relax pad, and the ebike rental option recommended by Adam (I highly recommend it) broadens the needs of those who want to explore the sights of the area.

Simply fantastic! The large property was just great for the kids, plus the animals chickens, sheep, rabbits and not to forget the cats we had to say goodbye to all of our hearts on the last day. The apartment was great! All as described! The large terrace was a dream to end for breakfast and the evening. At 8 o'clock in the morning, there was a small aunt Emma shop on wheels with fresh rolls ect. A big thank you goes to Gabi and Albert for the warm welcome. There was also a fruit and vegetable basket from the garden to welcome you.😘 We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Great also that both can speak German. Our two boys got along great with their kids. In conclusion, we have never had such a great host. ( familial) We could write more great things here! But take a picture of this beautiful space for yourself. Thanks again to Gabi😘

What a lovely spot, stunning lake view, lovely apartment, safe and secure, and the hot tub on the balcony was perfect!

Staying at Melinda's is a haven of tranquility and comfort. I enjoyed the balcony, the home itself and the surroundings where it's nice to walk.

If you want to visit Keszthely you should stay here. Very nice apartment with everything you'll need. You will feel there like at home. The time we spent there was excellent. The parking in the apartment's yard. Convinient location, near is the Balaton lake and Heviz. Welcoming wine and suggestions what to visit from host. Beautiful view from the balcony. It was very nice vacation place.

What a wonderful stay we had at the villa, tastefully decorated, and in the middle of a peaceful area yet near to beautiful places like Hévíz and Keszthely. We were met with a greatly equipped kitchen and the most delicious Hungarian wine. We spend our mornings in the sun on the patio. The only thing that went with a slight hassle was getting out of the gate at our final day, but even that was something we could laugh about after all our nice stay! Thank you Gabriella!

Ervin was very flexible with our arrival. He showed us what we found inside the apartment and in the area. We could contact her anytime with her questions (of course, we were also paying attention so that we weren't looking too late and too often because she has multiple apartments). When you found out that my husband and I were newlyweds, he was also made with a gift, which was very nice😊 It was a good experience. The apartment was just as nice as pictured.
