Boys' cottage at the farm Sygard Listad is newly renovated. The farm has no animals, but you live on historic land. Olav the Holy lived for 6 days on the Listad in 1021 to prepare a meeting with Dale-Gudbrand during the Christianization of Norway. The water in the fountain is from the Olav Spring. The farmhouse is located in the middle of Gudbrandsdalen, between Oslo and Trondheim. Nearest neighbor is South-Fron Church (Gudbrandsdalsdomen). Driving distance to Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Peer Gynt on Gålå or Rondane, Jotunheimen and Geiranger.

Cozy cabin w/ panoramic views and good sun conditions

Charming and newly renovated cabin on Ålfjell, Vaset. Originally built of loft with archipelago adapted annex with new kitchen, hallway, bathroom with sauna and own toilet (everything new in 2020/21). The cabin has 3 bedrooms and a loft with various toys. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and thus to today's standards and well equipped. The cottage is southwest facing at 1000 mph with lovely views towards Grønnsenknippa and Skogshorn and not least Vaset Ski Center and Vasetvannet. Close proximity to many great hiking destinations.

Idyllic annex in scenic surroundings, with stunning views of Hallingdal. The annex is on its own on the edge of a farm. Great hiking possibilities in both summer and winter. Distance to Sun seats with marked runs is 1 km. Golsfjellet is a mile away. The cottage consists of kitchen w/wood stove +2 hotplates, bathroom with shower cubicle and fire toilet, loft and living room with double sleeping couch. Heated with wood and electricity. Nice view of Geilo and its slopes situated 950m above sea level. Geilo has many activities for families and couples. Skiing, dog-sleighing, rafting, bicycling, horse-back riding, bowling and hiking. The hut is on the doorstep of Hardangervidda National Park. Personalized interior. Accessible by car during summer and winter on a snow-ploughed private road. 4x4 recommended during winter, but I can be of assistance if conditions for your 2-wheel drive are rough. Large newly built cabin with great location at the top of the alpine area The alpine slope open all April! In summertime, you get morning sun on the breakfast terrace, before the afternoon sun stretches around to a large combined terrace on slate and wood, with amazing views of Jotunheimen! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the 1st floor. Hems with two bedrooms and open solution down to the living room. Large kitchen with direct access to ski room/lube stall. Behind the house (20 metres) you'll find the river Hallingdalselva, where you can fish for trouts. You may borrow a canoe or a small rowing boat. Koselig kårstue på gård. Huset er bygget i 1905 og har interiør fra århundreskiftet til ca 1970. Store, lyse og luftige soverom i 2.etasje. Kjøkken og stue med vedovn og kamin i 1.etasje. Huset ligger like ved Hallingdalselva med flotte bade- og fiskemuligheter. Du kan låne robåt eller kanoer. Vi snakker norsk, engelsk og spansk.

The rental part is the lower floor of the home with its own entrance, there are no internal stairs and concrete separates the floors. Ergo very little listen. The place consists of: small entrance hall, two bedrooms (two single beds in both rooms), open kitchen solution to living room, one bathroom. Pets are allowed. No smoking and partying. Heating via panel ovens. Parking at the entrance. All trash is emptied in the agreed pound. It's sorting at source.
