Tanner Bldg Apt 9 - 1 Bedroom (Downtown)

Built in 1867, the Averill Block is consider the oldest continuous use commercial building in the State of Michigan as well as the oldest building in downtown Bay City. The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. Located steps away from everything in downtown Bay City, you can simply park your car for the weekend and walk to everything. All communication will be within the booking channel you use for your reservation. All communication will be through the booking

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times, NOT!!! Definitely can’t depend on it. Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

This 1890's second story apartment is located in Downtown Saginaw, offering comfort, privacy, and character. This newly refurbished apartment features tall windows, high ceilings, and original wood flooring. This apartment becomes a cozy retreat with its large private balcony! It is directly above local diners and cafes, and is a hop, skip, and a jump from the marketplace and the hospitals. It is also close driving distance from the Children's Zoo, the Dow Event Center, and other attractions!
