The courtyard house is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and has a peaceful environment. In the old part, visible timber walls. Several of the rooms overlook the lake. The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and a nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Welcome to Toppstugan on scenic Storholmen outside Sundsvall/Alnö. The island has rich nature and exciting history as a coastal fortress. Three cannons are today preserved on the island. The cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a living room, two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The view is unbeatable with sea views both north and south. Nearby you'll find the museum and the Mannaminne art gallery. About 6.5 km to grocery store and Pizzeria.

Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grills and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Airfryer, Micro, kokplatta, brödrost, vattenkokare etc Det finns busshållsplats ca 100m från boendet. Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Ödens tree house Talltitan

Detta unika boende låter dig sova uppe bland fåglarna. Njut av utsikten från ett trädhus 6 meter upp i en tall. Dess 8-kantiga form gör att huset känns rymligt. Ungefär halva ytan utgörs av en stor säng med plats för två vuxna och 2-barn. El är indraget, ett litet element ger värme långt in på hösten. Brödrost, kokplatta och vattenkokare finns samt en vattendunk med tappkran. Nedanför kojan finns en grillplats för matlagning. Där finns även ett utedass med vattendunk tvål och handduk

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
