Quiet, secluded and close to nature, there is this cozy one-room with kitchen, suitable for 2-4 guests. The apartment is 34 sqm and has newly renovated, fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4 at the dining table and its own laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom has a queen size double bed and comfortable sofa bed for 2 sleepers. You park the car, truck or car with trailer right outside the door, you need to be able to charge the electric car charge point can be arranged!

Wonderful home in the middle of Skåne

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of space. Beautiful forests with rich animal and bird life. Pheasants, gladas, eagles to name a few. Deer, deer (even white) roam around us. Only 3 km to the swimming area. Close to many of the Skåne castles. 10 km to the nearest town. Also the sea is close: 35 min to Ystad, 45 min to Malmö. Sjöbo Golf Club (18 holes) is just 12 minutes away. We also have Rönås Byakrog serving Danish pork roast with red cabbage every Friday 7 minutes from here.

The place is packed with amenities and offers gorgeous views towards fields, forests and a spacious garden (may be shared). Woodfield Cottage is located on the same property as our main house, where we live or occasionally host other guests. The house is on a private lane away from normal traffic.

We're a family of four living on the same property close to nature, but it's very easy to get to nearby cities from here. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för mysiga kvällar framför brasan. Detta boende är rekommenderat för par eller familjer. Fester är ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna.
