Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this quiet and peaceful accommodation with proximity to both water, animals and nature. Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Guest apartment in Sunderbyn

Cozy guest accommodation in a detached garage building. 500 meters to the bus stop that takes you to central Luleå in 20 minutes. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby Hospital and Sunderby Railway Station. The sauna is in the yard and can be used on certain occasions. Use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.

The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.
