Malinesgården

Accommodation in rural setting with space for the family, close to nature with walking distance to lake with swimming and fishing. Fishing licenses are available for our guests to borrow. The accommodation is located in a newly renovated part of a barn with floor heating in all rooms and new tiled bathroom and kitchen. Gekås can be reached in 25 minutes by car, the coast with swimming and surfing as well as Varberg city center is 20 minutes away. Several golf courses are nearby and Knektagårdens Hundpensionat is a few minutes away. Social cats and sheep are in the yard.

Cheerful place to stay in converted barn

Sure, it is possible to combine fresh and comfortable accommodation with rural idyll, close to gardens, forest and lake! In 2022, we embarked on an exciting project to transform the barn on my grandfather's parent farm into a luxury leisure home. In May 2023 we finished the one apartment and in the autumn the other. The possibilities are many: enjoy the tranquility of forest walks, by the lake or on the patio in the evening sun and combine with excursions in the surrounding area and southern Sweden. Loading the car is included in the price.

Charming brewhouse

Quiet and secluded location at Haragården in Alboga, you live on the farm with animals around. We who live on the property have dogs and a cat. The brewhouse is added with modern standards with the old feel preserved. Downstairs: Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and armchairs, TV and openable windows, toilet and shower. Upstairs: Bedroom with double bed Wifi is available. The pond can be bathed in and next to it, there is a wood-fired sauna, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Large parking lot with space for a boat and space under cover for your bikes. Bathing area is 2.5 km away, grocery store 2.4 km. Marina 2.2 km, restaurant 4 km, camping 7 km. Götene, Lidköping and Mariestad nearest towns. Kinnekulle offers many places to visit, cafés and restaurants. Nearby Lake Vänern, the forest, bike/hiking trails and many ancient remains, views.

Loft with sea view in 18th century building

Warm welcome to this unique and family-friendly home. "Abbotens Lya" is Kungsgården's newly renovated cozy loft. Look out over the ocean or sheep pasture as you eat your breakfast, or sit outside under in our park setting with about 300 year old oaks. Kungsgården is located in a historic place, where once 300 donuts lived. The residence is located in a former grain magazine that is now converted into apartments. It is about 15 minutes to Varberg by car 7 minutes to a cozy natural beach.

Homely furnished mill from the beginning of the 19th century

Fantastic mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is dishwasher induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs there was a carpenter's workshop which is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system and projector. Shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna available.

Cozy old barn in Småland

Looking for some peace and quiet? Stay in our idyllic 80 sqm barn, in a quiet and beautiful country setting. (Please note that this is an adult only hide-away!) Beautiful log walls, a comfortable king-size bed, a big kitchen, a spacious bathroom..... Sneak away to this lovely 19th century barn in the middle of the forest! The wood-fired sauna by the lakeside is for rent. A 40 minute drive to Store Mosse National park, an amazing area for hiking.

Super nice farmhouse on the west coast

Accommodation in top condition, located approximately 5 km from Stenungsund center. Walking distance to the sea. There are quiet little coves and larger municipal swimming area overlooking Orust. Good transport to Stenungsund square that has all the service you can think of, including nice restaurants by the sea. Excellent location for day trips like to eg. Liseberg, Smögen and other west coast gems. Open nice surfaces in two floors.
