Adjacent to a classic beautiful Skånelänga is this newly renovated guesthouse, which houses a small kitchenette, beds for four, toilet, shower and the opportunity to swim in a wood-burning sauna. To the guest house there are two separate entrances. In Skivarps village there is a restaurant within walking distance. 4 km away there is one of Skåne's finest beaches, Mossbystrand. If you want to enjoy the children, there is Tosselilla summerland with fun baths 33 km away. Smygehuk Sweden's southernmost cape is worth a visit. To Skivarps Gästgivaregård and Ica Tores Allköp, it is only 850 meters.

Cozy guest house in the countryside nearby of the sea! It is close by to both Abbekås and Skivarp but also to gems along the south coast such as Ystad and Smygehuk. The accommodation is also a perfect base for excursions to Österlen and Bornholm. Mossbystrand is a several kilometer long sandy beach, borrow a bike from us to take a trip here! Abbekås has a lovely harbor with a bathing jetty where you can also eat well at Hamnkrogen. In the village there are also restaurants Dinah's Place and Pizzeria Solo.

Our guesthouse i 50 kvm and in very good shape. Kitchen/bedrooms/tvlounge in the same big room. It is 3,5 km to the city Ystad! And the beach is 25 meters from our house. We also have a terrace you can use. Just a 10 min drive from us is Abbekås golfbana. The railway is close to the house and can be disturbing. Notice that towels and sheets are NOT included.

We, my husband and I, have stayed 3 weeks at Margarita and Rolf's place. They are nice and thoughtful in every way. We stayed well in a big room that was very nice and cozy furnished with a great view of the fields and the sea. There are a number of different patios available that are located so you can enjoy the view We can really recommend this home and Margitha and Rolf as a host couple.

The underfloor heating made us survive in the cold; it was always a pleasure to get home. The shower with an abundance of hot water was a great. The lack of ventalation in the room was problematic - we left the front door a little open to get air in the night. We felt safe at all times.

Jacob's place was really cozy, it's not that big, but there's what it needs to be and there is top modern equipment, good wifi, apple TV, beautiful view with “own” small beach. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival and Jacob was good and easy to communicate with. We are happy to come back and definitely give a recommendation from here.

A completely new cottage that has a beautiful location overlooking the great garden and a horse paddock. Everything was very clean. Everything was available for everyday needs. We felt very comfortable right away. The house has the perfect starting point to explore the area. Perhaps one more thing to note: The photos are nice, but the reality looks much better. 100% recommended.

It was a great stay at Helga's place! We felt right at home with beautiful surroundings. It was perfect for a weekend getaway close to the sea. Peaceful, quiet, in the nature, and easy to reach by public transportation. Helga was also the best host! Would love to come back.

Wonderful place in a great location. Important for dog owners: fenced property where a dog can run free. Day trips to Bornholm, Malmö and Lund. Close to the beach. Ystad is a cute little shopping town. Highly recommended!
