We stayed in June. The apartment is very nice with its large terrace on the ground floor, very clean and with a light and fresh decor. It's easy to find, close to the metro and behind the Vatican. A supermarket 2 steps away and good pizzerias! Carlotta and Alessandro are available and ready to answer questions. Good location.

Vatican Charm – Comfort & View [5 min walk]

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment! The apartment was absolutely perfect — super central (only a 10-minute walk to St. Peter’s Square), quiet, and incredibly well equipped. The kitchen, bathrooms, living and dining areas had everything we needed, and all the sheets and linens were spotless. What truly made the experience exceptional was our host. Always attentive and incredibly responsive, he helped us solve anything we needed right away. After long days exploring Rome, it was amazing to come back to such a peaceful and comfortable place to rest. We’re so grateful for all the care and attention. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay at Maria’s apartment! Maria was incredibly responsive and helpful - always quick to reply and full of great advice, especially about transport options, which made getting around so easy. One of the kindest gestures was allowing us a later check-out due to our evening flight. It made such a difference and allowed us to truly enjoy our last day without stress - we’re so grateful for that extra touch of hospitality. The apartment itself is in a perfect location - a short walk to the Vatican, with a metro stop nearby and a bus stop right outside the door. Despite being so close to everything, the area is not busy and wonderfully quiet, with a peaceful courtyard and a calm atmosphere that was a welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the neighborhood is full of amazing restaurants! We were spoiled for choice. Maria’s place was the ideal home base for exploring Rome, and we can’t wait to return!
