Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

Approximately 7 minutes' walk to a nice bay with rocks, sandy beach, swimming jetty, raft with diving tower and small playground with slide for the little ones.

The cottage has a newly-built kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. For extra relaxation, there is a private sauna and on the terrace you can grill while sailboats pass by. The accommodation accommodates four people with a double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed with two beds. Only 30 meters away there is a swimming jetty – perfect for a morning swim! Or fishing? Boende på Gräddö 15 minuter från Norrtälje! Vi hyr ut vårat fina hus som ligger högt i solläge från morgon till kväll. Det finns varmvatten. Tältet är endast uppställt på sommaren. Huset har 3 sovrum, 2 vardagsrum samt ett badrum och ett kök. Berätta gärna hur många ni är samt vad ni har för planer med och under er vistelse. Detta för att vi ska känna oss trygga med våra hyresgäster samt för att få er vistelsetid så bra som möjligt. Tidigare recensioner är från uthyrning av ett aboende i stan.

Welcome to our beautiful house in the countryside, with no next-door neighbors except the forest. A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families - there are toys, trampoline, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Countryside dream house

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

I nybäddade rum #2 på vår sjötomt kopplar man av i skärgårdsmiljö. Till vår brygga med flytande bastu och bad korsar man byvägen. I rumspriset ingår frukostkorg med kaffe/te i uteköket bredvid rummet. Sjösaunan ingår i rumspriset om du stannar mer än 2 dagar. Vi har också kajaker och kanot samt några cyklar för våra gäster att låna/hyra. Rum #2 har wc, dusch och egen ingång samt liten veranda. Restauranger, livsmedelsbutik och sandstrand på gångavstånd.

In the Roslagen archipelago, just 90 km from Stockholm, is this holiday home from the 60s (designed by the architect Kerstin Gåsste). The house, which is located in a classic, quiet vacation home area, is a 2-minute walk from the water. In the area, there is a child-friendly swimming area with both a sandy beach and a jetty. The house has 6 beds (newly purchased in 2022), a dining area for 6 people and a kitchen with china for up to 12 people.

This listed 18th-century wing building is part of a historic shipowner’s estate and was once home to the renowned artist Siri Derkert. Carefully renovated in consultation with heritage authorities, the house preserves many original features while offering modern comfort.
