Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!

Our accommodation ensures the vacation of a lifetime in Chalkidiki, Greece, just like a poem inspired by Calliope, the Greek Goddess and ‘chief of All Muses’ of epic poetry. The apartment is situated in a strategical spot that can be used as a base to explore all the other famous Sithonian beaches.

”VACATION HOUSE” has three self-contained fully equipped apartments. All three have a fully equipped kitchen with oven and electric hobs, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery. All apartments have their own private bathroom with shower and plenty of hot water 24 hours a day. Within the fenced plot, there is free, secure parking for cars, in the shade of the trees.
