We enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s converted barn. It is in a very convenient location, just off the main road down a small lane, at the end of which is a petrol station and supermarket. It is only a short stroll into the pretty centre where you can find historical sights of interest, pretty streets , independent shops and a variety of restaurants. Kathy has taken great care in ensuring the barn is comfortable and clean, ensuring her guests have all they will need for their stay. The bed is comfortable and she provides good quality linens and towels. The hot tub was immaculate and a real treat, as was the cava and chocolates that were part of our welcome package. Kathy’s attention to detail makes this accommodation stand apart from others. Thank you Kathy.

Fantastic accommodation with large social areas as well as inside and outside. Fitted us perfectly which was a family with 13 people. Quiet and pleasantly far from neighbors and traffic, only lovely birds chirping around the corner 🌸 A nice host family.

The gas bottle for the grill was out, but it worked out by us having to drive to a gas station and buy and the host paid to me, so it was ok. Guess it was the guests before us who ran out of the gas without notifying the host.

A cozy cottage and a nice, helpful host. A fantastic location, just lace up your shoes and go out and walk in a peaceful forest. A couple of lovely days of cycling and walking. Highly recommend the cabin.

We were very kindly received by Hans-Olov. A clear explanation was given about the house and its accessories. It is a super cozy cottage in a beautiful area. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. We stayed here for two nights, but it could have been two weeks as far as we were concerned. Thanks again to Hans-Olov for the hospitality. Charming country house, good food served inside their restaurant in the barn, take the opportunity to eat there when you visit them. The children could run around and play, our dog had to come along. Good parking. And a cozy jacuzzi by the forest.

We had a great stay. Contact with Genet was quick and smooth. The little house was nice. Maybe a little high price but on the other hand very sweet and good that coffee / tea and cleaning are included. Quiet area with walking distance to the center.

The peaceful lake views and morning birdsong made our stay truly unforgettable. We especially loved exploring the Tiveden national park — the trails were wild and beautiful. Christina was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This place is a perfect mix of comfort, nature, and quiet moments. We’re grateful for the memories and already hoping to return!

The stay was very nice, the sauna and the area with the lake and the small jetty was really great! :) The hut was clean, you had water containers available for washing dishes, showering... and firewood was also ready to use for the stove, which kept the hut nice and warm. The toilet was also clean. We would come back!

We had a short but cozy stay where we could watch birds and the beautiful landscape around. I can really recommend this cozy place!

Our stay in Ödeshög was great! The cottage was clean, well furnished and equipped with all comforts. We felt right at home. The area is beautiful - peaceful nature, beautiful hiking trails and Lake Vättern a short distance away. This accommodation is highly recommended for those looking for peace and beautiful nature. We'd love to come back!

Small cozy house.. It is very small but there is what you need for a single night.. There are children living on the property but we didn't hear them.. And lovely evening sun on the terrace..

It was a fantastic stay for us with very friendly and helpful hosts in a wonderful environment. We particularly liked a wonderful hike around the lake, the subsequent bath and the sauna directly on the lake.

We booked Petra’s cabin for some guests at our wedding, Petra was very helpful with both us and our guests and everything worked out great!

If there were a 6-star rating, it would undoubtedly be appropriate here. Sara's hospitality comes from the heart and she personally and joyfully takes care of her guests. We were made to feel very welcome and right at home. The house is furnished with a lot of love and care, every detail has been thought of, everything you need is available. The occasional rainy weather didn't bother us, because it was so comfortable and cozy inside. The communication with Sara could not have been more exemplary, our special requests were easily fulfilled and a small problem with the toilet flush was immediately and professionally fixed. We particularly enjoyed the interesting conversations with Sara and her partner, the observation of wild animals around the house and of course the walks in this peaceful and beautiful area. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back :-)
